Business Coaching
"Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eye off the goal"
(Henry Ford)

Blueprint For Success offers coaching services to Small and Medium Business Owners.
You will benefit from working with an experienced coach and long term business owner who understands the challenges and pitfalls you face, and more importantly the need to plan, and remain focused on your goals.
Your coach will bring the best out in your thinking, so that you will avoid costly mistakes, navigate obstacles and capitalize on opportunities to achieve the goals you have set yourself.
Perhaps the greatest asset your coach provides is the ability to be entirely objective about your business, to ask the questions that you don't think of, to help you see a range of possibilities and outcomes.
You may be thinking about expanding your business, having arrived at that inevitable place where you need more staff to generate more income, and more income to justify hiring more staff. Most businesses that encounter this dilemma find it is a daunting place to be. But just take a moment to consider - that you wouldn't be there if you didn't already have a successful business.
What you need now is someone who can help you explore every aspect of your expansion objectives, from financial concerns, to job descriptions and selection criteria, and to help you set short and long term goals to keep your business on track as you take it to the next level.
Your coach is your thinking partner,
YOU are the decision maker.
Case History
Michael and Rochelle had a thriving physiotherapy practice but wanted to build the practice to accommodate another therapist, to enable them to have two days off a week each to spend more time with their respective families.
They had already received advice from two business consultancy firms about how to cut costs and increase their client base but had not seen the results they wanted. They asked me to help them get their business on track.
When I first met Michael and Rochelle, it was clear they had a sound professional set up. On our first meeting they described the areas that they wanted to work on, and it was clear by their language and manner that they felt they were a long way off the mark.
By asking them to focus on what they were good at they gradually came to realise that theirs was a less onerous task than they had anticipated - the positives far outweighed the negatives and this shift in their perspective was all they really needed to motivate themselves to set some realistic goals to reach their targets.
They had some misgivings about actioning some of the advice their previous consultants had given them and on closer examination we discovered that those concepts did not meet with their core values, in particular their high ethical standards - no wonder they were unable to follow that advice!
We brainstormed some ideas until they arrived at a solution that did fit with their core values and that they were immediately comfortable with. Within a few weeks they were seeing the results they wanted and employed a new therapist.
As their coach I was interested in creating awareness of the role of their core values in their decision making. I also wanted to allow them to identify and challenge their perspective, and to encourage them to acknowledge their strengths. This reinforced their capabilities and motivated them to explore new solutions.
This is a great example of what can be achieved with the objective, unbiased support of a coach; the means for the client to develop their own solutions and strategies to continue to do so.
